MEPA maintains a mission-focused funding model where donations are allocated toward specific investigations, monitoring activities, equipment, environmental reporting, or operational requirements.

We do not operate around internal salary structures or unnecessary administrative expansion. Our priority is direct operational impact.

Supporters will be able to track how contributions are used through documented updates, evidence, operational reporting, and measurable outcomes whenever possible. MEPA also plans to maintain public lists of current operational needs, equipment requirements, investigations, and environmental objectives requiring support.

To maintain integrity and operational standards, MEPA reserves the right to decline, restrict, or return donations if:

• the intended use is not operationally reasonable,
  
• the requested objective cannot realistically be achieved,
  
• or the contribution does not align with the organization’s mission and ethical standards.
